It made my trip to Puebla an excellent experience. The hotel was nice, it had a quiet ambience, and the staff were amicable. The location was magnificent and stunning, in the middle of jackson, convenient to go everywhere. I truly enjoyed the lunch in La Novena right at the property.

The location for Puebla was good, close enough to the modern part of Puebla, and the mountains. We dined out at Cartuja, set close to the hotel. The room we got was reasonably spacious and excellent with a big bed.

My room facing mountain was comfy and outstanding. Truly enjoyed it, it had comfy bed and good service.

The hotel's location is great, surrounded by restaurants and with easy access to nearby attractions. The bed in the room was very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Additionally, the staff was helpful and could speak English, making communication easier for guests.

There were some small inconveniences with the facilities. For instance, there was no ice available in the room's ice bucket and only one Keurig pod per night, despite having two people in the room.

I greatly enjoyed the comfortable bed and the a double room.

The location of the hotel is amazing, with easy access to restaurants, public transport, and the modern part of Puebla. As young people, we loved the pool and the comfortable, spacious rooms, especially when we upgraded to the suite.

Felt completely secure and had no complaints whatsoever.

We were also pleased to find out that we could check out late, giving us extra time to relax and enjoy our stay. this hotel provided us with excellent value for money.

The room and balcony at Sonata Hotel were absolutely stunning. We enjoyed the breathtaking view from our room. The heated outdoor pool was a lovely feature, and we were pleased with the quick and attentive service. The hotel's location was also convenient, with plenty of restaurants and public transport options nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The architecture of the hotel is impressive, with a unique S-shaped design that surprises guests. The room design is also fantastic, with a comfortable bed, a large balcony, and a good view. We loved the bathrobes provided, and the bellboy and valet parking service were excellent. The hotel is located in a small but fun entertainment, residential, and commercial district, making it a convenient and enjoyable stay. The staff, particularly Marlee at the front desk, were accommodating and made us feel welcome.
